Thomas & Mack Modernization
Demo and expansion to the north end of the Thomas & Mack for addition of event space on ground level, restrooms and concessions on the concourse level. Full concourse remodel included demo, new restrooms, concessions, flooring, lighting, and two new tunnels to the court level for ADA and VIP access. Complete upgrade of MEP systems inclusive of RTUs, AHUs, chillers, wiring, feeders, fire sprinkler, BMS, etc. Demo and replacement of seating in lower and upper bowl.
