Resorts World Las Vegas
Resorts World sits on an 87-acre site that was previously home to the iconic Stardust Resort and Casino.
The property consists of:
- 117,000-square-foot casino
- Spa and fitness center
- Theater with seating for 5,000
- 14 bars and restaurants
- Convention space and banquet kitchen
- Pool deck totaling 5.5 acres of space
- Nightclub and day club
Each of the three hotel towers — Hilton, Conrad and Crockford — has its own lobby and porte cochere. The east and west towers include a total of 3,500 rooms, suites, villas and palaces as well as a high-limit gaming and VIP lounge on the 66th floor.
Bombard Mechanical provided services as the design-assist contractor for the HVAC systems throughout the property, including the central plant and associated hydronic cooling and heating distribution systems, property-wide climate control systems, general and kitchen exhaust as well as life safety smoke removal and stairwell pressurization.
Bombard Mechanical also provided services as the design-assist plumbing contractor property-wide for domestic water distribution, grease and sanitary waste removal and natural gas distribution as well as beverage conduit and CO2 distribution piping. All piping and duct insulation services were provided by Bombard Mechanical’s insulation division as well as the firestop of piping, duct, fire sprinkler and electrical conduit penetrations.
